All recipes are with clean ingredients; always choose organic produce + spices
BAKED PEACHES or APPLES + CINNAMON
- organic peaches or apples
- cinnamon
- parchment paper
- hemp hearts
DIRECTIONS
- Pre heat oven at 350 degrees
- Clean and slice your fresh organic peach and take out the pit
- Slice your peach into about 6-8 slices and sprinkle with cinnamon. I love cinnamon so I coat the slices evenly.
- Wrap in parchment paper or tin foil. Wrap the peaches so that when they are cooking in the oven the juices wont drip out...I like to make a small packet
- Place peaches or apples in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Apples will take longer then the peaches. When finished they should be soft and very sweet from the mix of cinnamon.
- Scoop your mixture out of the packet into a small bowl and sprinkle with hemp hearts for Omega-3 Fatty Acids.
- Enjoy! 🍑
GOJI BERRY + COCONUT TRAIL MIX
Thank you to Dr. Mark Hyman for this amazing recipe. It can be a little addicting so treat yourself to small portions...I literally could eat handfuls at a time! It contains antioxidants, healthy fats, protein and iron and keeps you fuller longer. I like to have about half a cup with an afternoon coffee as a snack.
Always buy raw nuts...most nuts that are roasted are cooked in oils that are extremely bad for your body. Stay clear of oils such as sunflower, canola, safflower, or soybean oils. Go organic + raw ;)
Makes 6 cups

SALTY ORGANIC POPCORN
Sometimes you just need a salty snack—especially for those cozy nights watching reruns of Sex and the City! My go-to? This homemade Salty Organic Popcorn made with coconut oil, sea salt, and organic kernels. It’s light, delicious, and has just the right hint of tropical goodness from the coconut oil. Plus, it’s quick and easy to make, so you can spend more time enjoying your snack and less time in the kitchen!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• 2 tbsp organic coconut oil
• 1/2 cup organic popcorn kernels
• Sea salt, to taste
HOW TO MAKE IT
1. Place a large pot on the stove and heat it over medium/high.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and a couple of popcorn kernels to the pot.
3. Once those kernels pop, add the remaining 1/2 cup of kernels.
4. Shake the pot gently so the kernels don’t burn. When they start popping, cover the pot with the lid, leaving a small opening to let the steam escape.
5. Keep shaking until you’ve got a pot full of fluffy popcorn
Transfer the popcorn to a large bowl and sprinkle a few pinches of sea salt (or more if you’re in a salty mood!). Toss everything to coat evenly, and voila—time to settle in and snack!
This simple recipe is a reminder that sometimes, the best snacks are homemade. So the next time you’re craving something salty and wholesome, you know what to do!
