EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you are completely satisfied with your Sun + Soul purchase, however if you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 14 business days from the date of receipt for an EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.
While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for EXCHANGE.
To initiate an exchange, simply email us at info@sunandsoulshop.com using the e-mail address used to process your order within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Once your RA Number is assigned, the product must be received back by Sun + Soul within 14 days.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All returns MUST meet the following criteria:
☆ Unworn and unaltered
☆ Unwashed
☆ All tags must be attached
☆ No rips or tears
☆ No deodorant stains
☆ No tanning stains
☆ No other signs of being worn
☆ The item(s) should be returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact.
- We offer store credit for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
It is imperative for all exchanges for the customer to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number to ensure a refund. We are not liable for goods not returned to us.
Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.
All orders can be EXCHANGED within 14 days.
Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Are there any shipping costs?
For orders under $100 a shipping cost of $9,95 is charged.
All orders over $100 will be delivered for free.
LATE RETURNS
Any returns received outside of the 14 business day timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of our Customer Service team, and may only be refunded in the form of a gift card.
Your Gift Card can only be redeemed online. It never expires.

How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email info@sunandsoulshop.com
