RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY:

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Sun + Soul purchase, however if you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 14 business days from the date of delivery. To intiate a Return/Exchange click here

  • Currently, we are only able to offer Exchanges or Returns for Store Credit. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment, we issue a gift card in the total of your purchase minus shipping.
  • Merchandise eligible for a return/exchange must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Garments must be returned in their original package, unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached.
  • Please keep in mind that any items on SALE are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for returns, exchanges, returns or refunds.
  • Shipping fees and package protection (both standard and express) are non-refundable.
  • Jewelry is FINAL SALE
  • All returns/exchanges shipped to our showroom will be processed within 2-3 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.
  • Exchange shipments are sent within 2-3 business days of processing exchange.
  • Please report damages within 3 days of receipt.
  • Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.
  • The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
  • We are not liable for goods not returned to us.

EXCHANGES:

  • This is the preferred method as a restocking fee will not be applied. 
  • Shipping for your new items will also be covered free of charge. 

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT: 

  • A restocking fee of $7 will be deducted from your store credit.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/STORE CREDIT

While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for STORE CREDIT.

Once the exchange has been approved the product must be received back to Sun + Soul within 14 days.

  • We offer store credit for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs or duties and taxes.
  • We will provide store credit for any items you’d like to return within our return policy guidelines.
  • It will be your responsibility to ship the item(s) back to us. We do not offer shipping labels at this time.
  • You will receive a gift card with your store credit once your return is processed.

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn and unaltered
  • Unwashed
  • All tags must be attached
  • No rips or tears
  • No deodorant stains
  • No tanning stains
  • No other signs of being worn
  • The item(s) should be returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact.

  • Delivery Refusal: In any case that you refuse delivery on a package we do not get these items shipped back to us. They are reported abandoned so you will not get a credit back. We do not issue back refunds on refused deliveries. We are not liable for goods not returned to us.
LATE RETURNS

Any returns received outside of the 14 business day timeframe will not be accepted.
