EXCHANGE POLICY

U.S CUSTOMERS ONLY

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Sun + Soul purchase, however if you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 14 business days from the date of delivery for an EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.

While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for EXCHANGE.

To initiate an exchange, simply email us at info@sunandsoulshop.com with your order # within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Once the exchange has been approved the product must be received back to Sun + Soul within 14 days.

  • We offer store credit for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.

It is imperative for all exchanges for the customer to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number to ensure a refund. We are not liable for goods not returned to us.

Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:

☆ Unworn and unaltered

☆ Unwashed

☆ All tags must be attached

☆ No rips or tears

☆ No deodorant stains

☆ No tanning stains

☆ No other signs of being worn

☆ The item(s) should be returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Sun + Soul purchase, however if you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 14 business days from the date of delivery for an EXCHANGE OR ONLINE STORE CREDIT.

  • Delivery Refusal: In any case that you refuse delivery on a package we do not get these items shipped back to us. They are reported abandoned so you will not get a credit back. We do not issue back refunds on refused deliveries.

HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?

To begin an Exchange:

  • Please email us at info@sunandsoulshop.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
  • Once your exchange request is approved we will email you our return address. Please email us back the tracking number once it has been shipped.
  • Once we receive your exhange we will begin processing your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for the exchange request to be processed.
  • We will issue you an ONLINE STORE CREDIT CODE sent via email to be used anytime on our online store or in person at our Pop Ups!
  • Once your exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking! We are not responsible for items lost during shipping.

Are there any shipping costs?

DOMESTIC

For orders under $100 a shipping cost of $9,95 is charged.
All orders over $100 will be delivered for free.

LATE RETURNS

Any returns received outside of the 14 business day timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of our Customer Service team, and may only be refunded in the form of a gift card.

Your Gift Card can only be redeemed online. It never expires.
